Weight today: 170lbs.
WHY WHY WHY!?!? Whenever I try, it never works. I mean the weight could be up for superficial reasons, but I think this is a sign that I need to be A LOT more meticulous than before. So I'm going to be recording all my meals and trying to limit myself to 3 hrs, 300calories like before.
10am: 1 cup banana crunch cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1 cup tea with 1 tbsp sugar (~400 cals)
1pm: 1 cup tea, 1 pear (150 cals)
4pm: 1 lean cuisine (350 cals)
7pm/10pm: 1 piece chicken leg, some rice, cauliflower (~500-600 calories)
Mood is ok. Plans today include hanging out with friends in "the center" which is a street in our town lined with shops and coffee places. I'll probably go to a cafe, and enjoy a hot chocolate treat around 6 or 7pm.
So what to do about workouts? Well I'm moving into my room, which will be light excercise. I also plan on dancing for around 30-45 mins to get physical activity in. Then I have 2 10lb dumbells that I will use for squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, abs etc. I'll try to aim and do that around 12pm. Workout til 2pm. Then go to the center at 2pm, have coffee etc with one friend. Then I'll do work at Peets Coffee on my paper and try and finish it by 6pm. At 6pm I'm having hot chocolate with other friends. I should be home later in the evening then and I can evaluate how I did. Time to be meticulous to get into the habit of breaking up my meals into 5-6 300 cal. meals.
