9am: 1 cup tea (80cals), 2 biscuits (100 cals), 1 pakistani biscuit (120cals)
12pm: 1 lean cuisine spa classics butternut ravioli (350 cals), 1 stopnshop simply enjoy chocolate chip cookie 50 cals (400 cals)
3pm: 1 small bowl of shelled peanuts (200 cals), 1 small sugar free dark chocolate pudding (60 cals)
6/9pm: 1 bowl corn chowder soup with some chickepea biriyani and cheese thrown in for good measure. 1.5 pieces of chicken. 1/4 piece of roti.
3 small cookies.

Just making my rounds since I've been out of the internet world for a few days. Loved seeing your pictures and learning more about you. You're doing so great and your food always sounds so yummy. : ) I need to branch out of my southern cooking.
