9am/12pm: 1 cup tea (100), 1 piece cheese (50 cals), 1 serving rice (200 cals), 1 serving curry (200), 1 chicken kebab (100), 1 potato cutlet (150 cals)=800 cals
3pm: 1 cup tea (100), 1 strawberry fiber 1 bar (140)=240 cals
