First we have
Chicken Kebabs (I think you guys can guess what those look like)
Next we have Nargisi Kofta
Which are the Pakistani version of meatballs but they have boiled eggs inside. DELICIOUS. I wish I could upload "tastes" as well as images, but for now the web is still behind my overactive imagination.Next we have Gosht which is the Pakistani version of stew:

We also have haleem which is describe by wikipedia as the following:
Haleem is made of wheat, meat (usually beef or mutton, but sometimes chicken or minced meat), lentils and spices. This dish is slow cooked for seven to eight hours which results in a pastelike consistency, with the taste of spices and meat blending with wheat. And then we have stir-fry vegetables which I'm sure you guys can imagine.
For dessert we have:
Sheer:
which is a dessert made with condensed milk, dates, wheat sweet noodles, lots of cardamom, sugar and other delicious goodness!!And last but not least, Gajar ka Halwa,
which is best described as "carrot pudding" with warm nuts, dried fruit, milk and other sweet stuff that we slow cook. The picture doesn't even do the taste justice, but it' s the best I can do for all you fellow foodies!

Ok I'll make another post just to show you my outfit. I hope that all of you are salivating by the end of this post, because I sure am!!!
