Monday's Weight: 162.6
Tuesday's Weight: 164lbs
Wednesday's Weight: 162.8lbs
So hopefully within the next week or so I'll be back to below 159lbs. It looks like my body is holding on for its dear life to the 160s and I have to slowly move it down with healthy eating/exercise.
