Pictures

Food yesterday was pretty good. In the past two days I've lost 1lb of the weight on Sunday,so that's not too bad. I'm hoping to lose like 2 or 3 of those 4lbs. It'll come off slowly but surely. I think my body needs to be slowly moved into the 150s and I jolted the system by moving it there in around 2 weeks. I was 161.8, then 160.8 and then 159.4 so that was too much weight loss in three weeks. I'm currently at 162.4lbs and so I'll try to get it slowly down to 161lbs this next sunday and then spend 2 or 3 weeks trying to get it down to 159lbs. That's how my body works. Slow and unassuming in its weight loss.
