Weight this morning: 163.4lbs!!!
So that's a loss of -0.6lbs. Haha, slllooooooooooow and steady weight loss for sure. In the past three weeks I've lost 1.4lbs, but hey slow weight loss is easier to hold off. Right?! I'll do what I'm doing and see what happens next week. I know this is tMI but I still have my period 3 weeks later, so I'm going to see if that lets up and the weight goes down more dramatically...Pants are fitting better and I feel slimmer. So I'll just do what I'm doing.
